- Carry out servicing and repairs on cars and vans to a high standard
- Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic tools and manufacturer software
- Perform mechanical repairs such as brakes, clutches, gearboxes, engines, and electrical systems.
- Service and repair trailers as required
- Conduct MOT inspections, preparation, and presentation
- Complete roller brake testing and fault diagnosis
- Maintain accurate documentation including job cards and parts usage
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer care, maintaining professional standards
- Communicate effectively with the Workshop Supervisor regarding tooling or support needs
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle or Commercial Vehicle Maintenance, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Car & LCV Technician with strong diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Own comprehensive set of tools
