Tyre Operations Manager - Nottingham
  • Basic Salary: £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE: £40,000+ through bonus on company and individual performance
  • Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturdays (1-in-2) : 8:00am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and Controlling the day-to-day operations of the Tyre Fitting teams (Mobile and Branch)
  • Coordinate schedules, routes, and resources to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Manage team performance, training, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee Stock and ensure all equipment is up to date within company standards
  • Handle customer issues, track KPIs, and implement process improvements
Requirements of this Tyre Operations Manager role:
  • Proven experience in managing field-based or mobile teams desired, but not essential. 
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Confident communicator with excellent leadership qualities.
  • Confident IT skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling, reporting, and Stock management Softwares
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and hands-on approach.
