  • Basic: £40,000 – £55,000
  • Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Saturdays (1 in 2): 8:00am – 2:00pm

Our client, a well-established and fast-paced independent garage in Derby, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take the lead across both front-of-house operations and the workshop. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident in managing teams, driving performance, and maintaining high levels of customer service in a busy automotive environment.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, including front-of-house and workshop
  • Leading, motivating, and managing a team of technicians and service staff
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and handling escalations where required
  • Managing workflow, productivity, and efficiency across the site
  • Driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures
