Join our client as a Service Reception Manager and take the lead in overseeing the customer journey at their busy Maidstone dealership. Duties:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Service Reception team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including appointment scheduling and customer check-ins
  • Manage the customer journey from arrival to handover, ensuring a seamless process
  • Act as the main point of contact for resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS and manufacturer scores
  • Support Service Advisors in achieving performance targets, including upselling and retention
  • Coordinate with workshop and parts departments to facilitate smooth service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Requirments:
  • Proven experience in service reception management or a customer-facing leadership role within the automotive trade
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact
  • Drive to improve processes and develop team members
  • Knowledge of industry KPIs such as customer satisfaction scores and upselling targets
  • Organisation skills to manage appointment flow and operational duties effectively
