- Monday to Friday working hours, 45 hours per week, with some flexibility required - 07:00 – 16:30.

- Lead and motivate the VMU team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage workforce planning to meet customer fleet demands and optimise workshop productivity
- Control labour costs, including management of third-party service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and safety audits
- Plan and oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including workshops, diagnostic tools, and bays
- Prepare budgets, investment plans, and monitor workshop performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and profitability
- Recruit, induct, and develop staff to maintain a high-quality, motivated team
- Review and adjust pricing strategies for workshop services to remain competitive
- Maintain high standards of health and safety within the department
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Commercial Service Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Resilient attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, costs, and workshop KPIs
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and technical excellence
