  • Basic Salary £36,400

Our client in recruiting a skilled and dedicated Roadside Vehicle Technician for their expanding team in Bangor, North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who prides themselves on delivering top-quality roadside repairs and diagnostics. As a Roadside Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in providing prompt, reliable breakdown assistance across North Wales and beyond.

What you will do as a Roadside Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out roadside repairs, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support
  • Respond quickly to breakdown calls, providing efficient and effective solutions
  • Troubleshoot and fix a range of issues including flat batteries, tyres, and electrical faults
  • Engage confidently with customers, offering excellent service and reassurance
  • Make decisions on the spot to resolve a variety of roadside problems
  • Use your technical knowledge to diagnose complex vehicle issues under pressure
Requirements for the Roadside Vehicle Technician position:
  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Mobile mechanic experience preferred (but not essential)
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and variety of roadside challenges
