  • Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings at overtime rate

Our client, a well-established and family-run franchise group in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Carry out routine servicing operations such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre replacements
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicle systems using advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Replace worn or faulty parts in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Accurately record all work undertaken, ensuring thorough and transparent documentation
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness within the workshop
  • Contribute to the team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through training
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician preferably from a dealership workshop environment
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical diagnostics
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and development
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant automotive qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
