Our client, a highly reputable Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Company, is looking for a skilled Van / Light Commercial Technician to join their dedicated team. - Competitive basic salary of up to £41,000 per annum
- Quarterly bonus scheme up to £3,000 per year after six months' service

- Working hours Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.30pm
- Saturday work on a rota (1-in-3) from 8.00am to 12.30pm, paid as overtime
- Stable and consistent workload thanks to major commercial fleet contracts
- Supportive team environment where collaboration is valued
- Conducting service, maintenance, and repairs on Light Commercial Vehicles, including utility vehicles, Vivaro, Sprinters, and Crafters.
- Servicing brakes, clutches, timing belts, suspension, and turbo repairs
- Handling warranty work and some gearbox work (if outside warranty, work is outsourced)
- Maintaining vehicles that range from 6 months to 5-6 years old
- Efficiently managing a high-volume workload (20+ vehicles per day)
- Following company procedures to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
