Paint Sprayer – Nottingham (Main Dealer)
  • Basic: £35,500 | OTE: £43,000 – £50,000
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
We’re looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy Nottingham main dealer Bodyshop. This position is primarily focused on high-quality paintwork and refinishing, with any additional multi-skilled capability seen as a bonus.

You’ll be confident delivering excellent finishes and working to manufacturer standards in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Preparing vehicles for paint including masking, sanding, and priming
  • Mixing and applying paint to a high standard
  • Carrying out full resprays and localised repairs
  • Completing refinishing work to manufacturer standards
  • Ensuring all work meets safety and quality requirements
  • Supporting additional bodyshop tasks where applicable (bonus potential)
What we’re looking for from the Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of finish
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop
  • Knowledge of modern paint systems and techniques
  • Multi-skilled experience (panel or prep) advantageous but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
