Are you an aspiring or experienced Aftersales Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity within a well-established dealership? We are currently looking for a dedicated Aftersales Advisor to join a friendly and professional team in Farnham. As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing parts and customer enquiries, supporting the workshop team, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is an ideal position for motivated individuals passionate about the automotive industry and eager to grow within a successful dealership.

  • Competitive basic salary of £27,000 with a realistic OTE of up to £35,000
  • Genuine bonuses based on performance, with earning potential of £35,000 or more
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 5.30pm
  • Every third Saturday morning on a rota basis, paid at overtime rates

Duties

  • Assisting with parts sales and managing stock levels efficiently
  • Handling inbound parts deliveries, bookings, and inventory management
  • Supporting the service department by pre-picking parts and ensuring prompt supply
  • Responding to customer and local garage enquiries with a professional approach
  • Restocking tyres and consumables, maintaining accurate stock records
  • Supporting general administrative duties related to parts and service operations
  • Promoting efficient workshop operations by keeping parts flow smooth
  • Using IT systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Candidate spec

  • Previous experience in an automotive parts or service advisor role is preferred but not essential
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to use initiative and work independently
  • Reliable with good organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to location
  • Trainee or experienced Aftersales Advisers seeking to develop further are encouraged to apply
