Duties:
  • Deliver locally renowned customer service that consistently exceeds expectations

  • Track vehicles through the workshop and keep customers updated throughout their service

Requirements:
  • Proven UK automotive experience as a Service Advisor
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to deliver VIP level customer service within a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a professional approach and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to Crawley for the long term if required
