Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rota

We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Manager on behalf of a reputable franchised car dealership in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to lead the aftersales department, maximise profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Manage and motivate the service department team to achieve volume and profit goals
  • Deliver outstanding customer care and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and improve team performance through regular reviews and coaching
  • Maximise revenue opportunities by identifying upselling and additional services
  • Oversee the efficient operation of parts and labour resources
  • Maintain adherence to company procedures and manufacturer standards
  • Review and optimise sales activity, implement improvement plans
  • Manage warranty processes and ensure compliance using Kerridge or similar systems
  • Foster a positive, results-driven culture within the department
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a main dealer environment for at least 2 years
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Good understanding of automotive warranty processes and Kerridge systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
  • Professional attitude and high standards of integrity
  • Valid UK driving licence held for over 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and automotive industry standards
