Roadside Technician Vacancy in Milton Keynes
  • Basic Salary: £50,668 + Bonus
  • OTE: circa £54,000
  • 40 hours per week
  • Hours worked vary, and are between the hours of 6:00am and 2:00am 
  • This means you may work earlies, lates, weekends and bank holidays 
  • Flexibility is required for this role, in exchange for a great package. 
  • Overtime always available + paid.
My client is a well-established and trusted recovery and repair provider with a strong reputation in the roadside assistance sector. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking for a Roadside Technician to take ownership of their Milton Keynes patch.

Hours are worked between 06:00 and 02:00, meaning you may be required to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential for this role, rewarded with a highly competitive package and strong earning potential. Overtime is always available and paid.

Key Responsibilities of the Roadside Vehicle Technician:
  • Attend vehicle breakdowns and provide efficient roadside assistance
  • Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical, electrical, and technical repairs
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Manage your own workload and maintain your company vehicle and equipment
  • Complete accurate job reports and documentation

Requirements of the Roadside Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
