This is a key front-of-house position, ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
- Manage the full customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover
- Upsell additional work, services, and products to maximise profitability
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates
- Keep customers informed on progress, costs, and completion times
- Complete all administrative duties accurately and in line with dealership processes
- Basic Salary of £32,000
- Realistic OTE of £40,000

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Strong customer service and communication skills
