We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Service Manager to join a specialist garage based in Addlestone. Duties:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department
  • Lead and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service

  • Implement processes to improve departmental performance and profitability
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager, Garage Manager, Workshop Controller, or in a similar role within the motor trade
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for high-performance and luxury vehicles
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive management systems is advantageous
