Motorcycle Sales Executive Required in Guildford for Motorcycle Dealership! 
  • Pay: £20,800 Basic + Realistic £49,000 uncapped OTE 
  • Hours: 41 hours per week 5 days over Monday - Saturday (day off in the week) 
Are you passionate about motorcycles and looking to build a career in sales? Our client, a well-established motorcycle dealership in Guildford, is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their motor trade career with uncapped earning potential and excellent career progression prospects.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £20,800 with the potential to earn up to £49,000 OTE annually through uncapped commission
  • 41 hours per week over five days with a rota that offers a day off during the week, typically Monday to Saturday
  • Opportunity to earn commission on new and used bike sales, plus additional income streams such as finance, insurance, paint, GAP, and accessories
  • Quarterly bonuses of up to £5,500 based on performance

Duties:
  • Providing outstanding customer service to motorcycle enthusiasts and new prospects
  • Building and maintaining a database of potential and existing customers
  • Presenting and recommending motorcycles suited to each customer’s lifestyle and preferences
  • Attending events and engaging in promotional activities to generate new leads
  • Managing customer queries both in person and over the phone
  • Achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations through expert product knowledge and enthusiasm
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience within motorcycle sales or a related automotive sales role
  • Genuine passion for motorcycles and familiarity with motorcycle components is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and build rapport
  • Organised, with good time management and task prioritisation abilities
  • Customer-focused attitude with a drive to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within the motor trade industry
