Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking to take your career to the next level? Our client in Christchurch, Dorset is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a reputable business offering genuine earning potential and excellent career progression prospects.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with potential increases based on length of service
Achievable OTE of £50,000 with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance
Working hours from 8:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday shifts on a rota basis

Duties

Utilising your sales expertise to promote and sell products/services to customers effectively
Building strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business
Achieving and surpassing sales targets set by management
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and understanding customer needs
Managing appointments and follow-ups to maximise sales opportunities
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Candidate spec

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the motor trade or automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach
Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve targets
