We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join a respected independent car service centre in the Poole area. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with experience in customer service and technical knowledge of vehicle servicing. The Service Advisor will play a key role in managing customer bookings, tracking job progress, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

  • Monday to Friday working hours, with schedules either 8:00–5:30 or 8:30–6:00

Duties:
  • Managing customer bookings and providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Tracking vehicle repair and service jobs from start to finish
  • Providing technical advice and ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians
  • Assisting with parts and warranty issues as needed
  • Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Ensuring high standards of workshop administration and record keeping
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Some parts experience and technical knowledge of vehicle services
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focussed attitude
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Reliable with a professional approach to customer service
