Service Advisor Required in Walton on Thames for Franchised Car Dealership 
Pay: £30k Basic - with £40k OTE 
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for an exciting new opportunity in Walton on Thames? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established franchised car dealership group for a talented Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team. Duties

  • Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately identify customer requirements
  • Prepare quotes and advise customers on necessary repairs and service work
  • Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
  • Manage and process service schedules efficiently
  • Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle DMS is preferred but not essential
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Professional attitude with a focus on delivering high standards
  • Full valid UK driving licence
