Service Advisor Required in Weybridge, Surrey
Pay: Up to £32,000 Basic + £12k OTE 
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday + Saturday mornings on a rota

Benefits

  • Basic salary of £32,000 with an OTE of up to £44,000 including bonuses

Duties

  • Welcome customers and assist with service booking appointments in a professional manner
  • Advise customers on required services and work efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upsell service plans, warranties, and additional repairs where appropriate
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide updates during the vehicle's service cycle
  • Liaise with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of work
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the dealership’s CRM system using Kerridge and other main dealer software
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade, ideally with a background in premium or luxury brands
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar dealership management systems
  • Ability to speak confidently with a discerning customer demographic
  • Organised, energetic, and able to thrive in a team environment
  • Valid UK driving licence and a professional approach to customer service
