Pay: Up to £45k Basic + £55k OTE 
Hours: 40 hours per week over Monday - Friday (4 days a week, you choose the days you want to work!)  Are you an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician looking for a rewarding role within a busy prestige dealership? Our client in Guildford is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting a better work-life balance with a four-day working week, while earning a competitive salary.

Duties

  • Diagnosing faults on hybrid and electric vehicles with precision and expertise
  • Carrying out vehicle servicing and repair work, focusing on complex diagnostics
  • Utilising advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify issues accurately
  • Collaborating with the Genesis technical team, with no customer interaction involved
  • Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality at all times
Candidate spec

  • Qualified to at least level 3 in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Experienced in hybrid and electric vehicle diagnostics and repair
  • Certified and trained in electric vehicle systems with EV experience
  • A team player with a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of modern vehicle technology and diagnostic equipment
  • No concern about MOT work; the focus is on diagnostics and servicing
