Are you an experienced LCV Service Technician looking for your next career move? A reputable business, with a state of the art workshop in Southampton, Hampshire is seeking a skilled Van Service Technician to join their team. Duties:
  • Conduct detailed inspections, maintenance, and repairs on vans to high standards
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and job cards
  • Remove and refit parts across various vehicle brands efficiently
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with problem-solving skills
  • Perform safety checks and mechanical inspections on newly arrived vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Complete all repair work within specified times and quality standards
  • Support team members and contribute to a productive work environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Van Service Technician or similar role
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fitting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and changing priorities
  • Sound understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to undertake MOT testing qualification if not already qualified
  • Flexibility to work early or late shifts as required
