  • 42 Hour Week
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday Mornings on a Rota Basis

Our client, a well-established automotive dealership group in the Wolverhampton area, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy and professional aftersales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to become an integral part of a successful parts department within a modern dealership environment.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring both workshop and retail customers receive a prompt and efficient service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the parts department.

Duties of the Parts Advisor role include:
  • Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental duties
  • Supplying parts to the workshop and retail customers
  • Managing stock control and ensuring parts are correctly located
  • Receiving deliveries and processing returns
  • Completing administrative duties accurately and efficiently
  • Answering customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Maintaining excellent levels of customer service at all times.
The successful Parts Advisor will have:
  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role within the motor trade
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems
  • The ability to work independently and within a team
  • A professional and customer-focused approach.
