Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Advisor to join their dynamic team in Rochester, Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and managing complex aftersales cases.

The successful Individual will play a key role in handling warranty claims, customer complaints, and post-sales issues, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary between £30,000 and £34,000 per annum
  • OTE up to £36,000 with performance-based progression
  • Flexible working hours, with Monday to Friday schedules and Saturday mornings

Duties:
  • Managing warranty claims and customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Handling aftersales issues and resolving customer concerns to ensure positive outcomes
  • Using ticketing systems to document and collate relevant information
  • Coordinating with technical teams and management for approvals on warranty or re-visits
  • Following up with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • De-escalating tense situations and managing difficult conversations skilfully
  • Conducting reports and identifying opportunities for additional sales or service follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all interactions and cases
  • Supporting the team in running effective processes to enhance customer experience
Individual Specification:
  • Previous experience in a similar aftersales, warranty, or customer service role within the motor trade
  • Confident in handling complaints and challenging unreasonable claims
  • Calm, professional, and capable of working under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
  • Able to manage multiple cases simultaneously and follow processes diligently
  • Flexible to work full-time hours, including occasional Saturdays
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems and warranty procedures is advantageous
