- Proven experience as a Technician, with relevant industry qualifications
- MOT Tester certification (preferred but not essential with willingness to train)
- Ability to carry out repairs and diagnostics competently
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Car ownership and valid driving licence
- Willingness to obtain MOT certification if not already qualified
- Experience with VAG vehicles is highly desirable for Master Technician roles
