- Managing customer bookings and creating accurate estimates
- Chasing customers for updates and editing work orders
- Upselling additional services and products
- Handling invoicing and payment processes efficiently
- Maintaining social media posts and online engagement
- Working closely with the workshop controller and customer facing service reception team to ensure smooth operations
- Providing back of house and administrative support in a busy garage environment
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Administrator in a motor trade environment
- Mechanical and technical knowledge is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- Strong organisational and computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting both front of house and admin functions
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
