Pay - Up to £32,300 DOE + OTE of up to £41,000
Hours - 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a Rota

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a reputable dealership in Hersham? We are working with a well-established car dealership that is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to earn a competitive salary with an attractive bonus scheme.

Duties

  • Welcoming customers and offering professional service advice
  • Generating and managing service and repair bookings efficiently
  • Upselling service plans and additional vehicle services to customers
  • Liaising with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow
  • Conducting vehicle handovers and explaining work carried out to clients
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and preparing invoices
  • Promoting dealership offers and loyalty programmes
  • Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction at all times
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role such as Trainee Service Advisor, Customer Contact Executive
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service focus and professional appearance
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
