This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple parts departments across the South East, overseeing two different brand divisions within a successful and reputable group.

- Managing and motivating a team of parts department staff within the different franchises our client represents
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained across all locations
- Achieving sales targets and improving profitability margins
- Implementing efficient stock control procedures and managing budgets effectively
- Developing strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to optimise parts supply and availability
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Group Parts Manager in a dealership environment
- Demonstrable management experience across multiple sites or locations
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of Main Dealership parts operations is highly desirable
