Vehicle Technician Opportunity for a Main Dealership
  • Starting salary up to £34,000 per annum, with scope to increase 
  • Plus uncapped Bonus: OTE circa £42,000
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Our Main Dealer client in Stoke is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic workshop. You'll be part of a very experienced team. Being involved in performing cutting-edge vehicle health assessments, executing vehicle services, and addressing additional repairs.

Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology 
  • Conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests 
  • Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer 
  • Warranty repairs are per the manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant write up is complete 
  • Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified 
  • Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard 
Qualifications needed for this Vehicle Technician role:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Motor industry experience (brand or non-brand).
  • Full and valid UK driving licence.
  • MOT licence would be a bonus
The Ideal individual for this Vehicle Technician role:
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, ambitious, and quick to learn.
  • Maintains high standards in vehicle service.
  • Brand-specific training not mandatory; training provided.
  • Diagnostic, MOT, and EV experience desirable but not obligatory.
