Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity with a well-established automotive dealership in Newbury? Our client is currently looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy team. Duties:

  • Carrying out comprehensive vehicle diagnostics, inspections and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Conducting regular servicing and MOT work, with prospects to gain accredited testing certifications
  • Maintaining high levels of efficiency and quality in work completion
  • Documenting all work undertaken and advising customers on required repairs
  • Supporting other technicians in the workshop to ensure smooth workflow
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and workshop policies at all times
Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with a solid understanding of automotive systems
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent, eager to learn and develop further skills OR an experienced Level 2
  • Reliable, honest, and committed with a loyal attitude towards the workplace
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving licence is preferred but not essential for all roles
  • Ideally familiar with general vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures
