- Previous Commercial Vehicle Sales Experience OR Car Sales Experience Required
- Guiding customers through a seamless purchase journey from initial greeting to vehicle handover
- Prospecting new customers via telephone, events, and community engagement
- Maintaining and growing a comprehensive enquiry database
- Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and attending manufacturer-led training
- Recommending suitable add-on products aligned with customer needs to maximise sales
- Using enquiry management systems effectively for follow-up and tracking
- Delivering outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and generate referrals
- Achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement and strong relationship building
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, with a proven ability to meet targets
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A valid UK driving licence
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to develop within the automotive industry
