- Basic Salary: Competitive Basic Salary
- OTE: £45,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm, working 5 days per week, no Sundays
We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a successful and well-established main dealership in Corby.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning, family-run business with annual sales in excess of 1,000 units. With strong stock availability, a busy showroom and excellent earning potential, this role offers a great opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:
- Selling new and used vehicles within a busy showroom environment
- Presenting vehicle features and benefits to help customers choose the right vehicle for their needs
- Managing customer enquiries from walk-ins, telephone and online leads
- Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
- Selling finance, insurance and additional products in line with customer requirements and compliance standards
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience essential
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Organised with good administration and IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A professional, self-motivated and target-driven approach
