  • Basic Salary: Competitive Basic Salary
  • OTE: £45,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm, working 5 days per week, no Sundays
We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a successful and well-established main dealership in Corby.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning, family-run business with annual sales in excess of 1,000 units. With strong stock availability, a busy showroom and excellent earning potential, this role offers a great opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional looking to take the next step in their career.

If you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships, this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Selling new and used vehicles within a busy showroom environment
  • Presenting vehicle features and benefits to help customers choose the right vehicle for their needs
  • Managing customer enquiries from walk-ins, telephone and online leads
  • Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
  • Selling finance, insurance and additional products in line with customer requirements and compliance standards
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
  • Previous automotive sales experience essential
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Organised with good administration and IT skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A professional, self-motivated and target-driven approach
