We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Dorchester, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive sales professional eager to further their career within a well-established dealer group.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum
Potential to earn an OTE of up to £50,000 annually
Guaranteed commission for the first three months to support your earning potential
Monday to Friday 5 day working pattern, including Saturdays from 08:30 to 17:00
Closed on Sundays

Duties

Providing first-class customer service to all clients and prospects
Managing the full sales process from greeting to sale closure
Demonstrating vehicle features and technical specifications effectively
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards

Candidate spec

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional attitude
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Full UK driving license is essential
