- Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on German branded vehicles, including VAG Group, BMW, Mercedes, and similar premium cars
- Fault finding diagnostic equipment and multimeters
- Maintain high standards of workmanship to manufacturer specifications
- Liaise directly with customers to explain work required and ensure excellent customer service
- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the workshop
- Maintain tools and ensure workshop remains tidy and well-organised
- Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and manufacturer updates
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with knowledge of German marques
- Ideally experienced in diagnostics, electrical systems, and vehicle servicing
- Full UK driving licence and own tools
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
- Those with manufacturer-specific training or accreditation will be highly desirable
- Juniors with a good attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered
- Ability to work within a team environment and maintain a positive approach
