Pay: £36,000 - £39,000 Basic DOE + Bonus
Hours: 45 hours per week with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a reputable car dealership in Epsom, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in automotive aftersales management to take the next step in their career.

- Assist the Aftersales Manager in overseeing the operations of the Service Department
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve departmental KPIs and enhance customer satisfaction
- Efficiently utilise all available resources to optimise departmental performance
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer service standards
- Plan and manage staff rotas, ensuring sufficient coverage to meet operational demands
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members to foster a high-performing team
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and care
- Proven experience in a main dealer environment, meeting KPIs and driving process improvements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of aftersales operations and customer service standards
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards
- Full UK driving licence
