Vehicle Technician Required in Crawley for Car Dealer Group!
  • Pay: £35k Basic + £10k OTE 
  • Hours: 42.5 Hours per week with Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties:
  • Conduct vehicle repairs and servicing in line with manufacturer specifications
  • Perform MOT testing and inspections to ensure safety and compliance if qualified
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
  • Maintain detailed service and repair records
  • Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Keep up to date with technical advancements and training requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester within a commercial or dealership environment
  • NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2 is essential
  • Strong diagnostic skills with a passion for vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
