We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Motorcycle Service Advisor to join our clients prestigious motorcycle dealership based in Chiswick. The Motorcycle Service Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the service department.

- Build long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- A genuine passion for motorcycles
- Full motorcycle licence is advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Proficient IT skills, with experience using DMS systems such as Kerridge being beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone
- Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships
- Highly motivated and able to work as part of a dynamic team
