Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a role that offers variety, challenge, and specialised projects? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, independent workshop in Ashford, Kent, renowned for its high standards and diverse workload. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to advance their career within a reputable team, working on everything from modern performance vehicles to historic classics.

Duties:
  • Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles including Mercedes, BMW, Bentley, and other prestige brands
  • Fault diagnosis and electrical troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and within manufacturer specifications
  • Conduct inspections for additional repair work and communicate findings effectively
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment within a well-equipped workshop
  • Work independently and as part of a team on complex, specialised projects including restoration and problem-solving tasks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with a broad skill set across multiple vehicle brands
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
  • Experience working with classic and prestige cars is highly desirable, but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently
  • Professional attitude with pride in workmanship and attention to detail
  • Bright, quick learner with the ability to adapt to challenging and interesting projects
  • Mercedes training or experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles is advantageous, but not mandatory
