We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in Poole, Dorset, looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, ensuring high standards of workmanship
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Utilise diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic issues, including hybrid and electric vehicles
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to meet dealership targets

Candidate requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy, fast-paced dealership environment
  • Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles is essential, with relevant skills and qualifications
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a team-focused attitude
