We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchised main dealer in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to develop their career within a friendly and supportive environment. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the workshop’s excellent reputation.

Duties:
  • Delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs with attention to quality and efficiency
  • Completing repairs and servicing that meet or exceed manufacturer requirements
  • Ensuring all paperwork related to warranty, repair, and service work is accurately completed
  • Identifying additional work opportunities that prioritise customer safety and satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth operation of the workshop
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within an automotive retailer or similar environment
  • NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or equivalent qualification
  • Valid MOT Tester licence is preferred 
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive and professional attitude
  • Full UK driving licence (subject to licence checks)
