HGV Technician required in West Bromwich Area
  • £53,000 Salary
  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working a mix of Days and Nights

What is required for this the HGV Technician role
  • You must have your own tools 
  • As a HGV Technician you must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent 
  • Holding a HGV driving licence is preferred, but not essential 
Duties of a HGV Technician 
  • As a HGV Technician you must demonstrate safety first at all times. Making sure you are proactive with hazard reporting
  • Carrying out repairs to meet and exceed the minimum standards 
  • Reporting to the shift coordinator and Logistics team to ensure the vehicle is ready in accordance with the delivery schedules 
  • Achieving KPI's by working efficient and effective 
  • You will be carrying out inspection, service and repairs of all vehicles, trailers and ancillary equipment in line with the agreed schedules and operating procedures
