About this Painter Sprayer / Prepper Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Painter / Prepper to join a modern, high-performing automotive bodyshop. Working within a state-of-the-art repair facility, you'll be responsible for preparing vehicles to the highest standards while maintaining efficiency and quality targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual looking to develop their career within a professional and well-equipped environment that invests heavily in its people, training, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities as a Painter Sprayer / Prepper:
  • Prepare vehicles for paint application to manufacturer standards.
  • Carry out masking, sanding, priming and filler work as required.
  • Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Work effectively within a busy bodyshop team environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Requirements for the Painter Sprayer / Prepper:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper, Painter Prepper or Bodyshop Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
Salary & Working Hours for the Paint Sprayer / Prepper 
  • Basic Salary: £36,000
  • Bonus: Up to £6,600 per annum based on 100% efficiency
  • OTE: £42,600
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Flexible start and finish times available
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm
