Alloy Wheel Technician - Solihull, West Midlands
  • Basic Salary: £30,000
  • OTE £35,000 (Uncapped Bonus) 
  • Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) with 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:00am – 1:00pm)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician to join a modern, high-performing automotive bodyshop. Working within a state-of-the-art repair facility, you'll be responsible for repairing, refurbishing and refinishing alloy wheels to the highest standards while maintaining efficiency and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities as an Alloy Wheel Technician:
  • Repair and refurbish alloy wheels to manufacturer standards.
  • Carry out wheel preparation, sanding, filling and refinishing work as required.
  • Undertake cosmetic repairs to damaged alloy wheels.
  • Apply paint and lacquer finishes to a high standard.
  • Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Work effectively within a busy bodyshop team environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Requirements for the Alloy Wheel Technician:
  • Previous experience as an Alloy Wheel Technician, Wheel Refurbishment Technician or similar Bodyshop Technician role.
  • Strong knowledge of alloy wheel repair and refurbishment techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
Salary & Working Hours for the Alloy Wheel Technician:
  • Basic Salary: £30,000
  • Bonus: Uncapped 
  • OTE: £35,000
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Flexible start and finish times available
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm
