Hours: Full-time | 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis MOT Tester role: We are recruiting on behalf of a leading car dealership in Coulsdon, Surrey, for an experienced MOT Tester to join their busy workshop. This is a customer-focused position where quality, compliance, and efficiency matter, with a clear opportunity to earn up to the stated on-target figure.

- Support the wider team with workshop flow, keeping vehicles moving through the service process
- Valid MOT Tester qualification (or strong eligibility and willingness to obtain accreditation)
- Proven experience as an MOT Tester within a busy workshop
- Thorough understanding of MOT regulations and inspection standards
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to communicate findings professionally
- A reliable approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
