Pay: £45k Basic Salary + £67.5k Realistic OTE
Hours: 42 Hours per week over Monday - Friday
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales department in a busy Croydon dealership.

- Manage the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, drive sold hours and improve first time fix
- Lead the customer-facing team to achieve commercial targets while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Use new digital systems and processes as part of the dealership digitalisation strategy
- Develop the skills and knowledge of team members, supporting clear career progression
- Optimise operational processes across the customer journey, including vehicle health checks
- Ensure compliance with group financial processes, DVSA MOT requirements and all relevant Health & Safety regulations
- Monitor key performance indicators and take action to hit short, medium and long-term goals
- Contribute to improvements across the department and the wider dealership
- Previous experience in a busy dealership environment
- Proven ability as an Aftersales Manager with a track record of delivering results
- Experience managing a team of at least 20 people
- Multi-brand experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on service standards
- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive upsell without compromising customer experience
- Confidence adopting new processes and systems
- A strong understanding of compliance, process adherence and Health & Safety
