Vehicle Technician Required for Car Dealership in Byfleet, Surrey  Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + £5,000 Bonus + Overtime
Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a rota

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected dealership in Byfleet, Surrey, for a skilled Vehicle Technician. Duties:
  • Provide high-quality technical advice, servicing and repair for a range of vehicle makes and models
  • Conduct MOT testing if qualified 
  • Undertake mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks as required
  • Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
  • Keep accurate records of services performed
  • Assist with vehicle diagnostics and fault rectification
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and technical excellence
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues
Requirements:
  • Valid full UK driving licence
  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment
  • MOT testing qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing training, including electric vehicle maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
