Join our client's team as a Vehicle Technician at their busy workshop in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled automotive professionals looking to develop their career within a well-established dealership environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary starting from £30,000 depending on experience, up to £35,000 basic salary with optional private workshop use
  • OTE potential of up to £38,000 annually
  • Working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • No weekend work, with the option to utilise the workshop for private jobs on Saturday mornings
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing every three years

Duties:
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle faults
  • Ensure repairs are carried out efficiently and to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice when required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • MOT tester certification is desirable but not essential
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Professional attitude and excellent attention to detail
