Pay: £45 - £50k Basic DOE + £10k OTE
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday - no weekends
We are recruiting for a highly experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead the operations at a busy dealership in Chiswick. This opportunity offers an attractive salary package, a supportive working environment, and the chance to utilise your expertise within a recognised automotive group.

- Lead and manage all aspects of the Bodyshop operations ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate your team to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Oversee estimating, job allocation, and workflow planning to minimise idle time and work in progress
- Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure repairs meet manufacturer guidelines
- Manage relationships with insurers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure consistent service delivery
- Monitor financial performance and achieve departmental profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Investigate and resolve technical and operational issues promptly and effectively
- Implement and oversee health, safety, and welfare procedures for all staff and visitors
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Assistant Bodyshop Manager, or Senior Estimator within the automotive sector
- Strong vehicle damage assessment and estimating skills
- Knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and paint processes
- Experience working with insurance companies and accident management providers
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience within a franchised dealership and manufacturer-approved bodyshop environment is highly desirable
