Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonuses
Hours: Monday–Friday, standard B2B (9-6pm)

Are you an experienced professional in vehicle leasing and contract hire looking for a high-impact leadership opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive business near Guildford that is launching a new vehicle leasing division. This is a unique chance to take ownership of building a division from the ground up, working in a proactive, hands-on role that offers significant autonomy and the potential for substantial career progression and professional growth.

Duties

  • Build and lead a new vehicle leasing and contract hire division from scratch
  • Develop relationships with leasing companies, suppliers, and manufacturers to generate initial revenue
  • Recruit, train and manage a dedicated leasing team
  • Engage directly with customers to promote and secure leasing contracts
  • Collaborate with web development and digital marketing teams to establish the division’s online presence
  • Drive business growth through proactive business development and relationship management
Requirements

  • Proven experience in vehicle contract hire and leasing sales
  • Strong digital understanding: knowledge of the online leasing sales landscape
  • Strong existing industry connections and relationships
  • Demonstrable ability to build, develop and lead a sales team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-starting approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and initiate new business streams
  • Location ideally within the Guildford area or nearby, including Portsmouth or Farnham - anywhere along the A3 corridor is great
